Using Remote Source
Remote Source serves to amplify and improve the remote work experience. We curate news, jobs, products, services, and articles on our website, emails, and social channels. Remote Source is intended for adults ages 18 or older who are working in roles that allow for location independence; as such, we do not accept responsibility for any content links that may contain information not suitable for those younger than 18. Furthermore, we are not responsible for the availability of the content we link to.
You must not submit spam links to our subscription signup forms. You must not self-promote events on social media accounts we have created for the specified purpose of discussion about or in relation to Remote Source. You must not post commentary that is malicious, false, or inaccurate, or content that is copyrighted or subject to third party proprietary rights (unless you are the owner). Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of connection to any social media account or group belonging to Remote Source.
Copyright Policy
On Remote Source, all content, the selection, compilation, arrangement and presentation of all materials, and the overall design of the site are copyrighted by us, and are protected by United States and international laws. Use of any of this content without our expressed written consent prior to use is strictly prohibited. You must abide by all additional copyright notices or restrictions contained in this Service.
You retain ownership of any content you write and submit to us. However, it should be noted that by sharing your content with us you are granting us a nonexclusive, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to access, use, and display said content in connection with our site and the services which it provides you. Remote Source reserves the right to remove any User Content from the Service at its discretion.

No party, whether an individual or a third party, may use the contents and content of Remote Source without our expressed consent, or in any way that infringes on our rights or copyright. Limitations of Liability
To the greatest extent imaginable, Remote Source is not liable for any indirect, incidental, unique, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, that may result from your ability to access or inability to access Remote Source, be it the blog, newsletter, website, or any other future forms of the Service we provide.
We do not warrant that Remote Source will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we will do our best. On occasion there may be delays in sending, delays in sharing, omissions, inaccuracies, or interruptions.
You agree to recognize that Remote Source has no influence over availability or reservations for any of the products or services we include in our newsletter, whether paid or free, and we do not hold responsibility if you are unable to obtain a featured product or service. You hereby agree that Remote Source isn’t liable for any tangible or intangible harm incurred by purchasing or not purchasing a product or service we have promoted in any capacity, whether it be paid or free.
Indemnification
By using the site you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remote Source and its affiliates, and their respective members, directors, officers, managers, employees, shareholders, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation by you of this Agreement in any way related to (a) your access to or use of our Products, (b) your User Content, or (c) your breach of any of these Terms.
Termination
Remote Source maintains the right to terminate your subscription to our newsletter. Upon termination, you are still to be bound to this document.
Modification of the Terms of Service
We can amend these Terms of Service at any time and will update these Terms of Service in the event of any such amendments. It is your sole responsibility to check the Site from time to time to view any such changes in the Agreement. If you continue to use the Site, you signify your agreement to our revisions to these Terms of Service. However, we will notify you of material changes to the terms by posting a notice on our website and/or sending an email to the email address you provided to us upon registration. For this additional reason, you should keep your contact and profile information current. Any changes to these terms (other than as set forth in this paragraph) or waiver of Remote Source's rights hereunder shall not be valid or effective except in a written agreement bearing the physical signature of an officer of Remote Source. No purported waiver or modification of the Terms of Service by the Company via telephonic or email communications shall be valid.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of The United States. By continuing to use our Service, Remote Source, you agree to abide by the Terms of this agreement.
Promotions
By entering a Promotion hosted by Remote Source, Inc. ("Remote Source"), you ("Entrant") agree to the terms and conditions herein.
I. GENERAL
Individual promotion details are to be outlined on the Remote Source website, remotesource.com. Unless otherwise stated, the Sponsor of each contest is Remote Source. By participating in a Promotion, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these rules and decisions of Remote Source, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Remote Source is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Promotion. Entrants should look solely to Remote Source with any questions, comments, or problems related to the Promotion. Remote Source may be reached via the Contact Page during the Promotion Period.
II. ELIGIBILITY
All Remote Source promotions are open to legal residents of The United States of America who are 18+ years of age ("Entrant"). Remote Source employees, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (the "Promotion Entities"), are ineligible to enter the Promotions or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months each year. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. These Promotions are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and regulations and are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
III. PRIZES
Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded for each Promotion. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in the Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The Retail Value of the prize represents a good faith determination by the Sponsor. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated Retail Value, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
All Promotions are open to legal residents of the United States of America. Shipment address for any giveaway Prizes must be located within the United States. Promotion winners in Alaska or Hawaii may be provided a gift card or other cash equivalent at the Sponsor's discretion. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
IV. HOW TO ENTER GIVEAWAYS
Enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period online by visiting and filling out the entry form, which can be found by navigating to remotesource [dot] com.
Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial promotion notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for an award is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for all Promotions.
V. WINNER SELECTION
The Winner(s) of the Promotion will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted after the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.
VI. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Giveaway Information upon the random drawing, which will occur within one week after the Promotion Period ends. Potential Winner must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within 72 hours of notification, unless otherwise noted in the promotion detail itself. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.
Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.
VII. PRIVACY
By entering the Promotion, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with other Entities solely for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment. By entering any Remote Source Promotion, Entrant's email address is automatically added to the Remote Source Promotion email subscription. Entrant may unsubscribe at any time to be removed from this subscription.
VIII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of a Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of a Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download of any materials in the Promotion.
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total Retail Value, as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Promotion.
IX. SOCIAL NETWORK DISCLAIMER
A Social Media account may be utilized when entering a Remote Source Promotion. Any Remote Source Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, any Social Media company, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, or LinkedIn. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to any Social Media companies. By participating via any Social Media platform, participants are also subject to the respective Social Media company's data policy and terms of use.
X. ADMINISTRATOR
All Promotions on the Remote Source website are administered by Remote Source, which may be contacted by using the Contact Page.
